Own Words

i am passionate about so many things – it’s a fantastic world and a beautiful life. i am out & about all the time. thank goodness i meditate or i’d be an empty shell with all the outward motion i have. i teach parayoga and my teacher is rod stryker. i act in plays, commercials, film and record voice overs. i play rock drums and organize benefit music shows for homeless shelters. i’m currently devising two short plays – one on korean shamanism and one on queen min, korea’s last empress. i’d like to make time to read more books and watch more movies, but i rarely watch TV. i just cooked quinoa and asparagus pilaf and will now rearrange the furniture in my living room. then, i practice gentle yoga and meditate with mental chanting. absolutely necessary to get things done and be filled with joy = gratitude. thank you!
