Hello. How’s it going? Peace + Blessings.
My name is Shin-B and I’m a female hip hop MC from LA. I’ve been performing all throughout the States and went to Korea to work on music extensively for a year while on tour. I was also on a widely syndicated radio program there called MBC Music Camp Radio. I’ve been featured on the Los Angeles Times and performed with G-Dep from P.Diddy’s Bad Boy label. I’ve also recorded with Large Professor (Nas’ producer).
Currently, I’m working on a mixtape with KRS-One’s DJ, Silent John, a new album produced by Illmind (G-Unit), S1 (G-Unit), Nick Wiz (Rakim’s producer), Twitch (Raekwon’s producer from Wutang Clan) and a project with DJ Cheapshot of Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda’s Fort Minor. I also conduct hiphop seminar workshops for UCLA. I recently had one featuring the Star Trek actor, George Takei.
I just got back from touring the East Coast. I’ll be going to Minnesota for the National Hip Hop Summit Conference as a featured headliner in early March. One of the producers I’m working with, Nick Wiz, is a famous producer for the rap legend, Rakim. Rakim has done songs with Kanye West, Nas, and others. He’s working on two records for my upcoming album to be released later this year.
