I came to the states 15 years ago. I love to cook and want to introduce Korean food to people. Our food culture has upgraded a lot since there are many different ingredients that are available these days. But people in the US, even Korean Americans, don’t know about it and they keep looking for food in Korea 50 years ago when their parent immigrated. I go to Korea a few times a year to learn new things, and I am happy to introduce what I’ve learned to my customers.
