Angie is my 11 year old daughter. She has a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Kyra, who is Angie’s best friend, started a fundraiser 4 years ago. Together, they have raised over $43K. We are Korean Americans but we grew up in Korea and have lived in Naperville, IL for about 10 years now.
