We have the Best Taco Truck in the Midwest.
It all started while we were living in Los Angeles. Arnold and I came up with the idea in my apartment. We decided to start a taco truck in Indianapolis because there were no other food trucks there. We started May of 2010.
Some of the hardest challenges were learning about the restaurant business, business in general, city zoning laws, and running the business at the same time with only 3 people.
We love to be our own boss.
My advice would be “do it!” Why would you want to work hard for someone else to get rich? If you’re gonna work hard, it should be for yourself to get rich!
