We’re the first and only Brazilian food truck.
My family and I started the company in April of 2009. My mom had a catering business when my sister and I were younger, but it was too much work for her and so she eventually stopped. Now that we’re older and can help out, we decided to give Los Angeles a taste of Brasil.
It was hard at first knowing where to go and how to run a food truck. There are great days, and there are stressful days.
The best part of this is job is meeting our fans/customers. They make it all worth it.
I would definitely say plan ahead and make sure to do all your research. It’s important to have a goal in mind before you start anything. Ask others in the same business for advice.
