When and how did your company start?
In 2005, after working and managing a few casting companies for 5 years, I decided to open my own casting company. It started off as an extras casting company and 1 1/2 later I opened up the principal division of David Kang Casting.
What's been one of the hardest challenges in running a business?
Finding good help!
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I don’t have to wear a suit and tie, and every day is a new day.
Advice for people looking to start up their own business?
Have a 1 year, 3 year and 5 year plan and do a lot of networking. Don’t look to make Millions your first year.
