EAT is a pop-up restaurant that turns venues that are ordinarily not restaurants in a restaurant for a short period of time.
We have turned art galleries, nightclubs, and bars into EAT restaurant since we’ve started in August 2009.
The company started in August of 2009 when the executive chef, Tommy Halvorson, approached me to do a collaboration with a roaming supper club idea.
There is never an answer. It’s always trial and error. No one can tell you which way to do it or which way is right and wrong. You have to be strong enough to know that no matter what you do or how hard you fall you will be able to get back up and be even stronger.
I love working from home. It is definitely the best part about my work. Also, I’m a total people person, and part of what I do is meeting new people all the time. I love it!
Have faith in yourself. It’s very scary, and not a day goes by where I too get nervous about the decisions I’ve made; but it’s all about having the confidence to know that even though you will fall, you will get back up again.
