Description

Cerritos Presbyterian Church (CPC) is teaming up with Hagar International, an organization that is committed to restoring the lives of exploited women and children in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Vietnam. Though Hagar has traditionally directed its social programs toward women and girls, there has been a grievously growing need to provide restorative care for boy victims of exploitation. In response to this unmet need, Hagar launched Cambodia’s first-ever program for boy victims in 2009.

CPC’s goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of this year to keep the boys’ program fully functional through 2011. Your donations will provide recovery shelters, education, vocational training, and employment to 32 boys, enabling them to reintegrate into the community again.

Please join in our efforts to provide a promising future for the abused boy victims of Cambodia through holistic restoration and social reintegration!
