I’m a college teacher and writer, and my most recent book, THIS BURNS MY HEART, was an Amazon Best Book of the Month and selected as an Indie Next List Pick Great Reads. I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and grew up in Southern California, where I went to high school. I’m a graduate of Stanford and USC, and former writer for KoreAm Journal.
