We’re serious about protecting your private information. Under no circumstances will we ever give out your email address. You may receive occasional emails from us with news about the website.
Also, we will never sell, share, or publish your submitted content anywhere else (except for our Facebook Page and RSS feed on KoreanBeacon.com) without your written approval. This includes any information on the submit form as well as the photo you have submitted.
In the event you want your profile taken down, please contact us and we will take the profile down within 48 hours, no questions asked.
Once a profile is published, anyone with Internet can access it. As with any public website, there are certain risks inherent to publishing information about yourself, including your photo. By submitting to I AM KOREAN AMERICAN, you agree to release us from any legal liabilities that may arise from having the following information about you available for public viewing:
- Your Name
- Your Location
- Your Age
- Your Occupation
- Anything written in the Your Own Words section
- Any content provided for our Musicians, Entrepreneur, and Project & Causes sections
- Your Photo
